I went to the store on mayfield and I simply asked if an order came in for a remote starter car nicely. When I asked the woman was it for a Pontiac G5 she asked me "what did you say " with an attitude and her tone was not pleasing at all. When I received my remote starter I asked her if there was someone who could help me set it up here because when I ordered it a guy had told me that there should be someone who can help me if I needed it. She looked at me with a profound look on her face and said " No we do not " with an attitude and her facial expressions showed them all. She proceeded to say " I don't even know why he lied to you like that because nah I don't do that" . I honestly feel as though she should have said it with respect and not an attitude. I didn't like her tone ,body language and she just did not have good customer service at all. Feedback: She should have said that someone else could help you or the instructions on the back should help but if they aren't clear enough we are happy to help.
